Sizing
How can I find the best size for my dog?
Please follow our SIZE GUIDE carefully and make sure of accurate measurements. If you are still not sure, you can always consult with us at bark@woofessential.com for any sizing questions before you place the order.
Do you offer sizes for the small breed?
Unfortunately, no, WOOFESSENTIAL is big dogs ONLY. Our smallest size has a 23-inch back length, which is for medium-sized dogs, like Border Collies.
The largest size is still small for my dog, do you offer sizes for the giant breed?
Our sizes may cover some giant breeds, it all depends on the actual measurements of your dog. We will consider adding larger sizes if there are demands.
What if my dog is in between sizes?
If sizes fall in between, you can go with the smaller size for a snug fit or the larger size for a relaxed fit.
Shipping
How quickly can I get my order?
We process the order in 1-2 business days and ship out the order by using standard shipping, which takes 3-4 business days in transit.
What is your shipping cost?
Free Shipping Over $50, a flat $6.99 shipping fee for orders less than $50.
Where does WOOFESSENTIAL ship to?
For now, we ship to 51 states in the US. (Alaska and Hawaii included)
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO boxes?
We can do that by using the USPS shipping service.

Orders
Can I cancel or make changes to an existing order?
We aim to process and send your order as soon as possible. This means that once you have placed an order, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. You can return the order later for a refund. We highly recommend contacting us if you have questions regarding any of our products before placing the order.
When will my order ship?
We work hard to get your order out in 1-2 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email notification with a tracking number. You can then use that number to track your order on the carrier's website.
What shall I do if I receive an incorrect or defective order?
You can always return the incorrect or defective order for free. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at bark@woofessential.com immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged, or sent wrong, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Can I return an item for a refund?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within our return window if they are unused and in re-sellable condition. To start a return, contact us at bark@woofessential.com or reply to your order confirmation email with your request.
Can I return a product after using it outdoors?
To be eligible for return, items must be unused and in re-sellable condition. We recommend trying products indoors only. Items that show signs of outdoor use may not be eligible for a full refund.
How do I return my order?
Send us a return request first, and when it's approved, use the return label we send you to ship your item(s) back to us. Find more information in our RETURN & EXCHANGE policy.
How much does it cost to return?
For returns, considering the specific nature of dog apparel and gear, which often cannot be resold once used, we apply a one-time flat restocking fee per order: $5 for bandanas, $6 for cooling collections, $8 for raincoats, packs, belts, and leashes, and $10 for jackets and suits. This fee contributes to covering shipping, handling, and restocking costs. Nonetheless, should you receive an item with manufacturing defects or an incorrect item, we will waive this fee.
Can I return or exchange the waste bag carrier?
Due to hygiene reasons, waste bag carriers are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us and we will make it right.
What is the time limit for returns?
If we don't see any indication that the item is on its way 14 business days after we send you the return label, we may close the return.
When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Can I exchange items? How?
Yes, and exchanges are handled in two separate transactions: Follow our return process to return the item(s) you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want. Please note that certain items, such as waste bag carriers, are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
