SHIPPING & DELIVERY
FREE shipping is offered on orders over $50. Orders less than $50 will be charged a $5 flat shipping fee. We’re working hard to get your dog’s essentials out the door as soon as possible. We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed, and we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
ORDER PROCESSING
We carefully check every item before shipping. After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- We aim to process and send your order as soon as possible. This means that once you have placed an order, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. You can return the order later for a refund. We highly recommend contacting us if you have questions regarding any of our products before placing the order.
- Delayed processing may occur due to peak periods or as a result of COVID-19. We will always take pride in making sure your order gets out quickly.
SHIPPING AREAS
For now, we ship to 48 domestic states in the US only (Alaska and Hawaii excluded).
SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
We offer standard FREE shipping on orders over $50. Orders less than $50 will be charged a $5 flat shipping fee. Transit time is based on available shipping carriers, it normally takes 3-4 business days.
- Delivery dates are all estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur, and we appreciate your patience.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bark@woofessential.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
You can always log in to your account to check your order status and history.
P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We highly recommend using physical addresses for frictionless shipping and delivery. USPS is the only carrier we can use to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
OTHER
We accept returns if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please find more information in our RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at bark@woofessential.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
