Do I need a waist extender for the pack?
The strap adjusts to fit waists from 22” to 51”. If you need more room, we offer a FREE waist extender (adds 13.5–22.5”)—just leave a note at checkout and we’ll include it! Black extenders (for black and green packs) are currently restocking and expected to arrive in April. All other colors are available.
What size water bottle can the pack hold?
The upgraded bottom holder fits most standard bottles, including 16.9 oz and up to 32 oz (≈1 L) — with a diameter up to about 3.2" (8.2 cm).
Can it fit larger smartphones?
Yes. The back pocket is roomy enough for most modern large phones — including iPhone Pro Max and similar models — with room to spare.
Can I attach my dog’s leash to the pack for hands-free walking?
Yes, for light, casual use with a carabiner (not included) clipped directly onto the waist strap. Do not clip to the Daisy chain loops, as they’re not designed to handle pulling force.
Because the force is applied through the strap and stitching, this setup is not intended for strong pullers or high-tension situations. For more secure hands-free use, we recommend a dedicated system like our Runner Belt.
How do I clean the pack?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
The removable treat pouch can be hand washed separately with warm water and soap.
You can also toss the whole pack into a gentle machine wash — just tuck in the drawstrings first. Always air dry completely before use.
