FAQs
What size water bottle fits?
Most bottles up to 32 oz — a 32 oz wide-mouth Nalgene sits snug, and the collar extends for taller bottles. Straight-walled 40 oz bottles around 3.5″ in diameter fit too, with the top exposed. Handle tumblers (like a Stanley Quencher) won't fit.
How do I switch between the two modes?
Clip the shoulder strap onto the side hooks, or thread the waist belt through the back loops. Both come included.
What belt width fits the back loops in treat pouch mode?
Standard 1.5″ belts. The loops run snug by design so the pouch doesn't bounce — if the buckle end feels tight, angle it through and it slides in. Our included belt and the Hip Pack's belt both work.
Which belt size should I pick?
The size only applies to the waist belt — the bag and shoulder strap are one size. S/M fits waists 21″–34″; L/XL fits 34″–46″. Right at 34″? Size up — especially if you'll wear it over a jacket.
How deep is it? How much does it hold in treat pouch mode?
The well is 7″ deep and holds about 3 cups of treats at roughly two-thirds full — deep enough that nothing spills when you bend. Cinch the drawstring shut for jogging or extra security.
Can I attach my dog's leash to the D-ring?
Yes — it handles everyday walks and tugs. With very strong pullers or powerful big dogs, keep an eye on it.
How does it work with the Walk'n Wag Hip Pack?
Thread the Hip Pack's belt through the back loops — two bags, one belt. Most standard belts fit too.
Is it insulated?
It's not fully insulated — it's built light — but there's a thin liner layer that helps.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean recommended. The lining flips inside-out for easy cleaning, and the TPU insert comes out and wipes clean.
