Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. We aim to get every order out the door within 1 business day.

  • $70 or more: free standard shipping.
  • Under $70: $6.99 flat rate.
  • 1 business day to process and ship. No weekends or holidays.
  • US only: all 50 states and D.C., Alaska and Hawaii included.

From checkout to your door

We carefully check every item before it ships.

  1. Order confirmed. You get a confirmation email right after checkout.
  2. Checked and packed. Processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
  3. On its way. We email you a tracking number. Allow 48 hours for tracking to show up.
  4. Delivered. Transit time depends on the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Need to change or cancel? Contact us right away. We pack orders fast, so we can't promise to catch every one, but if it hasn't shipped yet we'll do our best. Double-check your size, color and address before you check out. If it has already shipped, you can still return it for a refund. Questions about a product? Ask us first.

What it costs, where we ship

Standard shipping: $6.99 on orders under $70; free on orders of $70 or more. Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays can happen, and we appreciate your patience.

Where we ship: all 50 states plus Washington, D.C., Alaska and Hawaii included. We ship to US addresses only for now.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses: USPS is the only carrier we can use for these. For the smoothest delivery, we recommend a physical address.

Where's my order?

Track it. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. You can also log in to your account to check your order status and history.

Still not here? If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of your shipping confirmation email, email bark@woofessential.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.

Damaged order or a return

My order arrived damaged. Email bark@woofessential.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these case by case and will do our best to work out a solution you're happy with.

I want to return or exchange. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery (7 days for sale items). Exchanges are free. Refunds carry a one-time $5–10 restocking fee per order, which covers the prepaid return label and handling. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
