Can it fit larger smartphones?
Yes. The back pocket is designed to fit most modern large smartphones, including iPhone Pro Max and similar-sized models.
Does the pack have a built-in poop bag dispenser?
Yes. A discreet dispenser is integrated into the side pocket for smooth, one-hand pulls.
How do I clean the pack?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The removable pouch can be washed separately with warm water and soap. Air dry fully before use.
Do I need a waist extender for the pack?
The strap adjusts to fit waists from 22” to 51”. If you need more room, we offer a FREE waist extender (adds 13.5–22.5”)—just leave a note at checkout and we’ll include it!
Can I attach my dog's leash to the pack for hands-free walking?
Yes, for light, casual use with a carabiner (not included) clipped directly onto the waist strap. Do not clip to the Daisy chain loops, as they’re not designed to handle pulling force.
Because the force is applied through the strap and stitching, this setup is not intended for strong pullers or high-tension situations. For more secure hands-free use, we recommend a dedicated system like our Runner Belt.
