What size water bottle can the pack hold?
A standard 16.9 oz bottle fits easily. It holds bottles up to 32 oz (about 1 L) and up to 3.2" (8.2 cm) wide.
Can it fit larger smartphones?
Yes. The back pocket fits most large phones, including iPhone Pro Max and similar sizes.
Does the pack have a built-in poop bag dispenser?
Yes. It's built into the side pocket, so a bag is always ready.
How do I clean the pack?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The removable pouch washes separately in warm, soapy water. Let everything air dry before you use it.
Do I need a waist extender?
The strap fits waists from 22" to 51". Need more room? The waist extender is free (adds 13.5–22.5"); just leave a note at checkout.
Is it too big to wear every day?
It's 12 × 5.5 × 4 in and 13 oz empty. Most people wear it at the waist on everyday walks. On long, fully packed days, crossbody carries the weight better.
Can I clip my dog's leash to the pack?
Only for light, casual walks, with a carabiner (not included) on the waist strap. Never clip it to the daisy chain loops. The pack isn't made for dogs that pull. For a leash at your waist, use the Runner Belt, which is built to take a pull.
What is your return and exchange policy?
