DOG APPAREL
Step 1 - Take measurements
Make sure your dog is standing on all legs when being measured
#1-BACK LENGTH(most important): place the fabric tape at the base of the neck, where the neck connects to the back, and then extend the tape to the base of the tail, where the tail joins the body.
#2-CHEST GIRTH: place the tape at the top of the shoulder and wrap it around the dog's chest behind the armpits.
For a short-coated dog, wrap the fabric tape gently over the hair (skin);
For a medium and long-coated dog, wrap the tape through the hair with some space to the skin, so that the garment picked with this measurement won't be uncomfortably tight for your dog.
Step 2 - Find the right size
Compare your dog's measurements to the size charts, the size of the garment is determined by the larger size between the back length and chest girth. For example, if the back length is size 24 (S) and the chest girth is size 26 (M), choose size 26 (M) as your size.
It's highly recommended to choose one size down if:
- The sizes fall in between, or
- Your dog has short or medium hair, or
- Your dog has a slim body.

HUMAN APPAREL
Step 1 - Take measurements
#1-Chest: under the armpit, measure the circumference of the chest at the fullest point
#2-Waist: measure the circumference around the natural waistline, typically where your body bends side to side
#3-Hip: measure the circumference at the fullest point of the hip
Step 2 - Find the right size
Compare your measurements to the size charts. If your measurements correspond to different suggested sizes, choose the bigger size. For example, if the waist and hip suggest size S and the chest is M, choose M as your size.
If sizes fall in between, you can go with the smaller size for a snug fit or the larger size for a relaxed fit.

FAQs
How do I use the cooling sheet for my dog?
Simply wet it, wring it out, and lay it down — either under your dog, on a surface, or draped loosely over their body. You can also use it to gently wipe down their coat for a quick cooldown.
How long does the cooling effect last?
Depending on airflow, humidity, and surface type, it can stay cool for 20–40 minutes, or up to an hour in breezy or shaded areas. Just rewet to refresh the cooling effect.
Will this make my dog’s fur wet?
Slightly — but not soaked. The fabric is designed to hold moisture without dripping, so your dog feels cool and damp, not drenched.
Is it safe if my dog chews or licks it?
Yes — it contains no gels, chemicals, or toxic coatings. Just be sure to supervise during use to prevent tearing or ingestion of fabric.
Can people use this too?
Definitely — it works great as a personal cooling towel! Wipe your face or neck, or lay it on hot car seats. One sheet, many uses.
Does it work for large dogs?
The 24"x32" size is great for medium to large breeds — it can be folded or spread as needed. Multiple sheets can also be used for bigger coverage.
Can I use this on hikes or in extreme heat?
It helps bring comfort in warm weather and is great for short breaks on trails — but it’s not a substitute for shade, hydration, or avoiding peak heat hours.
